2. Nuts
All products sold by Mary Chocolatier may contain nuts and are not suitable for persons with an allergy to nuts.
3. Our Offers
Any offers made are designed to be used independently, and are not available in conjunction with any other offer.
4. Our Agreement
Upon receipt of your complete purchase amount your order will be confirmed and we will have entered into a binding agreement with you. Your order will be made available as instructed so that you or the person(s) designated by you can enjoy our fine products.
5. Price
Prices for products are available on our website and will be updated from time to time.
6. Delivery
Delivery can be made by same-day or next-day courier or by taxi and is subject to additional charges as either specified on-line or otherwise communicated to you. Please note that delivery is available to all areas of the UK and Ireland and most parts of the World.
Chocolates sent by courier will be delivered in good condition and will be replaced if necessary if returned in their entirety within 48 hours of receipt.
You will be responsible to provide us with an accurate address for delivery and you will be responsible once such delivery is made.
Mary Chocolatier will do its best to ensure that rush orders by taxi, courier or other forms of local transportation arrive quickly and within times that may be specified, however Mary Chocolatier and its agents and assigns will not be responsible for the delivery of any delayed goods.
7. Bespoke Products
Bespoke products are available subject to the discretion of Mary Chocolatier. Inquiries are welcome.
8. Product Availability
Due to the nature of the fresh ingredients used and the high demand for such products Mary Chocolatier is unable to guarantee the availability of all of its products. Accordingly, a reasonable amount of substitution may occur. If you have specific requests that you desire to have fulfilled then please advise and we will do our utmost to satisfy your request.
9. Liqueurs
Chocolate liqueurs may only be sold to persons of 16 years of age or older. Liqueurs will not be sold to persons younger than 16 nor will they be intentionally mixed with any other products.
10. Liability
In the event that you do not receive the products you ordered then please contact us and your delivery will be corrected or your money refunded. Mary Chocolatier will assume no other liability in this regard other than to replace the goods ordered with the correct goods.
Other than as required by law, we will not be liable to you for any indirect or resultant l loss, damage or expense of any kind and we will have no liability to you other than to refund to you the amount you paid for the said products.
Customers of Mary Chocolatier will also be responsible to comply with their local regulations and to obtain any applicable customs, import or other permits that may be required.
11. Governing Law
The terms and conditions described herein are subject to English law and any applicable issues will be dealt with in English courts.

You recognize and agree to be bound by our privacy policy.
