Same day delivery is available to addresses in central London and West London and is subject to additional charge. For same day deliveries we request that your order be placed before 6:00 PM Monday to Friday.
Same day delivery is also available to addresses in central London and West London on Saturday and Sunday and is subject to an additional rush charge. For same day deliveries on Saturday or Sunday we request that your order be placed before 7:00 PM on Saturday or before 5:00 PM on Sunday.
Next day delivery is available throughout the UK and is subject to the limitations of our courier companies (Fedex, DHL etc) and any applicable government restrictions. Requests for next day courier deliveries should be made before 2:00 PM Monday to Thursday.
Please note that next day orders placed on Saturdays or Sundays will typically be sent out the following Monday and should arrive the following day (Tuesday) and that next orders placed on Friday, before 2PM, will typically arrive on the following Monday. Thank you.
Please note that deliveries outside of the UK cannot presently be processed as same day deliveries. As such "next day" deliveries to addresses outside of the UK will be sent by first class mail until further notice.
