Caramels

Caramel is made by melting unrefined sugar until it turns a rich golden amber colour. Our chocolatier then blends this with fresh cream and vanilla to create a sumptuous sauce with a wonderfully complex array of flavours – from sweet and nutty to citrus and raisins. The smooth texture and rounded flavour of caramel make it the perfect complement to luscious Belgian chocolate, either as it is or intensified by coffee for an even more decadent experience.
