Ganaches

Ganache is a lusciously smooth blend of chocolate and fresh cream that is whipped, sometimes with butter for added lustre, to produce a slow-melting delicacy. Its consistency varies according to the amount of cream used, with less giving a firmer texture and more a rich sauce perfect for cakes and desserts. Our chocolatier makes ganaches using dark, milk and white chocolate and blends in natural aromatics such as coffee, pure extracts and spices before finishing them in rich Belgian chocolate.
