Marzipans

A very fine tradition in continental Europe, chocolate enrobed marzipan truffles are a real connoisseur’s delight. Made by combining finely ground white almonds with a light sugar syrup to keep them moist, our chocolatiers then blend in further ingredients, such as butter or other chopped nuts, to create an exquisite harmony of soft, aromatic almond nuttiness and rich dark Belgian chocolate.
