| In Europe, pralines are both a French confection of almonds or hazelnuts in caramelised sugar (praliné), or the Belgian name for filled chocolates, as created in Brussels in 1912. In honour of both these fine traditions, our praline chocolates are filled with a blend of chopped nuts, chocolate and cream. Seeking harmony in each piece, our chocolatier balances the delicate texture of the centres with the intensity of the chocolate to create an exquisite balance of soft nuttiness and luxurious richness. |
